Ownix provides software infrastructure for creators. Ownix is not a payment processor, financial institution, or marketplace.

User responsibilities

• Ensure you have rights to your content
• Not use the service for unlawful purposes

Payments

Creators connect their own payment providers. Ownix does not process or hold customer funds.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
